We begin with a comprehensive and all-inclusive user research, where we gather data, synthesize it to establish clarity and alignment with the stakeholders and the market.

We have divided our UX research methods into two camps: quantitative and qualitative.

  • Empathy Mapping

    We conclude our consumer’s behaviour based on 4 key questions from the research stage as to what the user: Said, Did, Thought, and Felt.

  • Personas

    To better understand our target audience, we define a persona, created from the research that informs us of their needs, goals and behaviour patterns.

  • Storyboarding

    We often sketch out scenarios to further comprehend the consumers’ interaction with the product.

03 Concept

It’s time to integrate and conceptualize ideas and tactics.

  • Information Architecture

    In order to create a masterpiece, it’s important to create the skeleton. Information architecture (IA) lets you do exactly that, by organizing and structuring the content of the websites, web and mobile applications, and social media software.

  • User Flow

    User Flow is the path a user follows through an application. Designing this helps us optimize the user experience.

  • Paper Sketches

    Put it on paper. We often sketch our designs to make sure we are all on the same page.
