Project overview
ClickPost is India's leading e-commerce shipping and courier integration platform. It allows you to integrate with multiple couriers, view unified tracking, reduce return to origin (RTO) rates, and identify the best shipping provider.
Requirement Gathering
The primary requirement of the project is to design a new NDR Management module within the existing admin platform and enhance the user experience on the customer order tracking page.
Research
We began by gathering inputs and aligning expectations from all stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals. Following this, we conducted competitive analysis to identify industry trends and performed user research with the target audience to understand their pain points.
User Flow
From the gathered information from the competitors & analysing the heuristics, we started building the user flow of the admin for the application
Wireframes
After finalizing the user flow, we created wireframes to cover all key scenarios. This helped us establish the basic layout and content placement, align our thoughts with stakeholders on the design approach, and allow for early validation of functionality and flow. Additionally, the wireframes served as a blueprint for the UI design.
Color Pallete
Since it was an existing live product, we didn't make significant changes to the colors. Instead, we chose to stick with the existing brand colors and incorporated subtle tone variations to enhance the aesthetics.
Typography
Roboto is a popular sans-serif typeface developed by Google as the system font for Android. It features a modern, clean, and highly legible design, making it suitable for various digital interfaces.
