Requirement
Create an additional feature within the current product that generates proposals automatically. This new feature will enable users to quickly and easily generate proposals with lesser need for manual input and formatting.
Our Solution
The aim is to seamlessly collect information from the user through a straightforward four-step process and subsequently produce a proposal using a pre-determined customizable proposal template.
Proposal flow requirement
The proposal creation process has a huge number of configurable input fields. These fields required & the type of input for each fields are gathered from the client.
Dashboard view
The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all proposals that have been generated and drafted. It allows the user to easily access the history of proposals and make any necessary changes or create new proposals.

Proposal template design
Designed a 10-page proposal template that adheres to Aerem's brand guidelines. The template is visually pleasing and professional, featuring clean and elegant design. The template includes data, calculations, and results that are presented in an easy-to-understand format with the use of effective visuals and infographics.
