Project overview
MediBuddy is a comprehensive one-stop health benefits management platform that gives members access to inpatient, outpatient, wellness, fitness and preventive care services offered by our curated network of healthcare providers. Accessible both as an online portal as well as a mobile app, MediBuddy gives members unparalleled, real-time access to all their health benefits anytime and from anywhere.
The Challenge
Medibuddy's primary mission is to give healthcare services to the next billion people by making the experience simple for users. Before heading in the appropriate design direction, we conducted market research, competitors analysis, and user reviews. The main challenge was to work on the numerous modules while keeping the design language consistent across the platform so that the user experience is simple, fluid, and intuitive. We intended to build a smooth flow throughout the customer's journey and make it easier to discover products from various categories while keeping usability in mind.
Our Solution
Our primary focus was Medibuddy’s visual design, which implies implementing the brand colour, guidelines, typography and other elements. While we designing the product we followed design consistency in Medibuddy app that makes the users feel that they are part of the Medibuddy ecosystem. We crafted experiences that the users felt comfortable going through with a sense of confidence and relief with consistent guidance.
Information Architecture
We went through the user pain points and analysed the users drop-off and loop holes in the information which was provided to the users and we worked on the information architecture to give the better user experience to the users.
Color Pallete
Shades ranging from River Blue to Crayon Grey, multiple colours are used in the MediBuddy’s design language.
Typography
Nunito is a free google font, which is optimized for web and mobile interfaces with excellent legibility characteristics in its letterforms which gives a neutral yet friendly appearances.
Components
Here we present you the list of components which we made for Medibuddy, order tracking progress bar, add family card, report issue banner, health check packages card for both Home Sample and Lab Centre Visit.
Intutive UI
We went through the Medibuddy design system and we followed their design language as well as kept user experience in first place to provide better experience for the users.
Provider Page
Allowing visitors to browse through the available lab locations to make an appointment while providing the required details to enable consumers to make an informed choice.
Compare Packages
This feature allows the users to compare the sponsored packages based on various criteria and choose the best package which suits their requirement.
Order Tracking
We revamped the existing order tracking page. Worked on information architecture, and visual hierarchy and did competitor analysis to understand the user needs and design based on insights that we got.
