Project overview
It is an open-source observability tool that helps users identify and analyse system deviations. Aids users in monitoring the entire flow, from anomaly detection to smart alerting to automated root cause analysis and resolution. It's a straightforward four-step process. and configure some basic event or KPI-based alerts for the data source by selecting hourly or daily frequency. Also can receive updates from the destination (slack/email channels) specified when setting up alerts.
Our Solution
To design & develop a minimalistic product with an easy-to-use and seamless end-to-end user experience, coupled with excellent data visualisations of the key business concerns and key performance indicator's.
User flow map
In the beginning, we needed to define the main flow for two scenarios: Start a new game by scheduling it with the team and Join game from scheduled list. Also, Dashboard for viewing stats of games played in an organisation.
Initial Wireframes
After the research phase, we created wireframes of a couple of variations, seeking inspirations from the gamification industry and came up with a pixel perfect version.
Type system
SF pro text is a Apple free font. This neutral, flexible, sans-serif typeface features nine weights, variable optical sizes for optimal legibility, four widths, and includes a rounded variant. SF Pro supports over 150 languages across Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic scripts.
Color Pallete
Once we had the information architecture finalized, we started with the wireframes. Ensuring a user friendly, simpler & more understandable wireframes athrough the platform.
Components
We opted for a minimalist design approach and created a components library that served as the foundation for the app’s visual simplicity and clean design.
Turning wireframes into design
Dashboard was one of the two priorities along with the user experience part in the onboarding module in achieving the solution. The platform was designed with 8 point grid system.
Level-up Animation
A unique animation was made when users claimed awards. Designed unique badges for users who achieved the highest leaderboard ranks and accolades.
