The Job of the platform
To redact & Anonymize the document using Ai, especially in the medical field for the confidential documents. Its a collaborative platform and having rule based performable actions for all user types in an Organisation, for workflows for various scenarios - Clients & Hierarchy and access.
Research
In the survey we collected essential steps in redacting using Ai & Manual methods for a document like uploading, Assigning a team(Writer & Reviewer), Timelines(1st draft, Review & Final Submission), as well as to understand the users - Organisation level (Project Managers, Assigners & Viewers)
User flow map
Based on the insights from the research, a user journey flow was prepared to guide us further in the design for the selected user types.
Wireframes
We started with high fidelity wireframes to cover all the key journeys and all necessary components, this helped us in defining the basic information architecture.
Style Guide
The Lato typeface strives to meet the readability requirements for a different responsive sizes and rendering in addition to integrating with the Operating System's personality.
Color Palette
Create a Project & Start woking
Users can easily start a new project in simple steps by adding a document to be redacted, choosing a timeline for completion, assigning the collaborators and finally choosing the method of redaction.
Home page
The primary need of user is to view the documents and status for each sponsor. As a user I want to see the clear status of project and detailed info on redaction process.
Redaction work space
User can easily switch between the main features like, Text tool to mark a word for redact. Besides searching for a word to redact, multi page level word checking there’s also a option to redo the redacted words easily.

Anonmize work space interface, in the left side user can see the tables attached and some tertiary actions. The right side, primary actions like choosing a column and applying a rule also user can upload rules document for anonmization.
