Project overview
ME@Titan is an HR technology application designed to enhance the digital experience for employees, administrators, and HR professionals. Through the ME@Titan employee portal, employees can access their documents, discount coupons, and various policies and annexures. The platform also features Asset at-Residence buying and buyback modules for reimbursement and online purchases. Additionally, the OnePager module allows HR professionals to efficiently view and manage employee resumes.
Existing Problem
Current HR technology systems suffer from outdated designs and usability issues, leading to inefficiencies for employees, administrators, and HR professionals. Challenges include accessing documents, discount coupons, and policies, as well as managing assets and resumes. These complexities highlight the urgent need for a more intuitive and integrated solution.
Our Solution
Our solution revolutionizes HR technology, offering a dynamic platform tailored to enhance user experiences for employees, administrators, and HR professionals. From intuitive navigation to integrated modules for streamlined processes, we prioritize efficiency and usability. With robust security measures and customizable features, our solution empowers organizations to thrive in the digital era.
Wireframes
Several iterations were created and ideas were thrown around in achieving the user experience part for the exercise module. From dashboard to the admin tables, pixel perfect wireframes were created.
Color Pallete
Tiffany Blue is selected to adhere to brand guidelines, while secondary colors are chosen to complement the primary color, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and providing contrast for design
Typography
Mulish is a versatile, modern sans-serif font. It is optimised for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring excellent legibility and a clean, minimalist appearance. Mulish offers a professional and approachable look, making it ideal for a wide range of application.

Here we present you the list of components which we made for Me@Titan. Input, Graphs, Primary and Secondary CTA’s, Sliders, Cards, Toaster, and toggle switch bars are the components which we created.

Administrators can effortlessly configure banners, widgets, prompts, and policies, customizing the interface to align with organizational objectives and enhance user engagement. Additionally, administrators can customize content for either the entire global workforce or specific departments within the company.

Effortlessly generate comprehensive reports on store attendance and user engagement, enabling informed decision-making and optimizing operational strategies for enhanced performance and employees satisfaction.
Dual Mode
The platform was designed for both light and dark mode to accommodate user's preferences and enhance accessibility in various lighting conditions, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience for everyone.
Accessibility
Our objective was to enhance the user experience and accessibility of our web application by implementing variable font sizes. Given the wide age range of Titan employees, this approach ensures that users with diverse visual needs can comfortably read and interact with the content.
Responsive UI
Responsive versions were also developed for the platform, following a 4-column grid system to ensure a user-friendly interface across all devices.
